To better represent this neighborhood to potential buyers, please note that South Cove is one of several smaller HOA neighborhoods that make up the South Lake Sammamish community. Each of these neighborhoods is governed by its own HOA granting its members access to its own community amenities.

Because this greater community is often referred to as "South Cove," we ask that you please confirm that the property you are representing is in fact part of the South Cove HOA. Visit our Boundary Map on the website for those details.

South Cove is governed by a CC&R/Bylaws and a volunteer HOA Board of Directors. All South Cove residents are responsible for knowing and adhering to these rules & regulations, including paying an annual HOA Assessment. These dues grant our residents access to community amenities that include the private South Cove Commons Park and beachfront as well as a host of annual community events.

page on our website. Access to Board Meeting Minutes and financial reports are made available to a buyer once they become a homeowner and set up an account on this website. If access to those records is necessary prior to closing, please contact the seller for copies of those documents.
